Brief Profile Mr. Supriyo Deb (b.1979) did Graduation with honours in Mathematics in 2002 and Post –Graduation in Mathematics from Tripura University in 2006. He also holds Master of Philosophy(M Phil) in Mathematics. Besides this, he has acquired BLIS degree from Madurai Kamraj University in 2007 and MLIS degree from IGNOU in 2012. He has participated in 3 days library software training programme (KOHA, e-granthalaya), 5 days workshop on “Prevantive Conservation of Manuscripts”, 5 days ‘National Seminar-cum-Workshop on Building Network Database in N-E Region of India”, 4 days training pragramme on “Open Source Library Application Software for Library Services” and 3 days training course on “ Use of Free and Open Source Software in Libraries- E-granthalaya. He has 3(three) publications in the area of Library and Information Science; 1(one) in international journal and 2(two) in international conference.
